Where do you get your shoes?
All of my shoes are overstock, clearance or display shoes from MAJOR national department stores.
What is the condition of your shoes?
Most shoes are new and most come in the original box. If the box is in poor condition it will be noted in the item description. Display or clearance items my have some minor marks from handling. Sometimes there a
re customer returns mixed in with the shipments from my suppliers. If that is the case it will be clearly noted in the description.
Is this the actual picture?
Sometimes, but not always. In cases where there are multiples in either quantity or size there will be just one picture. Sometimes a stock photo is used.
Will you send additional pictures?
Sorry, but I cannot accommodate picture requests.

When will my order be shipped?

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Returns will only be accepted if the item is in unworn, original condition in the original box. Please write a note with your reason for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. I do not charge a re-stocking fee. I will refund shipping charges in the unlikely event that I have shipped an item other than the one ordered.
